Cookie policy

1. What are cookies?

Cookies are small files or pieces of information that a website may store on a user's device.

Similar technologies, such as the browser's local storage, can also be used to remember information or enable certain features.

These technologies may be used to enable the technical operation of a website, remember preferences, obtain usage statistics or carry out measurement or advertising activities.

2. Operator

CYBERACE LTD
Project / trading name: olé
Address: Digeni Akrita 54, Office 303, 1061 Nicosia, Cyprus
Email: info@byole.com

3. Cookies used by olé

Currently, olé does not use analytics tools, advertising cookies, tracking pixels or tools intended to profile users.

The free guide and contact forms include Cloudflare Turnstile, a verification service that helps reduce spam and automated submissions.

4. Strictly necessary cookies

Strictly necessary cookies or technologies enable the service requested by the user to be provided properly, or ensure basic and security functions.

These technologies may be used without consent where their use is strictly necessary to provide the service requested.

They are not used for advertising purposes.

5. Analytics cookies

Currently we do not use analytics cookies intended to measure or track users' browsing.

If we introduce Google Analytics, Vercel Analytics or another similar solution requiring consent in future, we will update this Policy and set up the relevant consent mechanism before activating those technologies.

6. Advertising and tracking cookies

Currently we do not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels, such as Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel or Google Ads.

If this changes, technologies requiring consent will not be activated before the user has made a valid choice.

7. External services

byole.com may include links that open external websites or services, such as Google Maps, social networks, businesses and official bodies.

The maps, social networks, businesses and official bodies mentioned are provided through external links.

Therefore, the link alone does not mean that the external provider installs its own cookies through byole.com while the user remains on our Website.

When the user voluntarily accesses the external website, the relevant third party may use its own cookies or technologies in accordance with its policies.

Cloudflare Turnstile loads directly within the byole.com forms. Verification connects to Cloudflare and processes technical information about the browser and request.

If we embed maps, videos, social media posts or other external content directly within byole.com in future, we will review this Policy and the relevant consent mechanism.

8. Consent

If olé uses cookies or technologies in future that are not strictly necessary and legally require consent, they will remain disabled until the user accepts them.

The user must be able to reject non-essential cookies as easily as they can accept them, and must be able to change their choice afterwards.

Continuing to browse the website will not, in itself, be considered valid consent.

9. Managing cookies in your browser

Users can configure their browser to block, limit or delete cookies.

The specific settings depend on the browser used.

Deleting or blocking strictly necessary cookies could affect certain features of the Website.

10. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy when the technologies used on byole.com change, or where necessary as a result of legal or regulatory changes.

The current version will always be the one published on the Website, showing the date of its last update.
